At Finis, we are committed to your performance and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. If your equipment doesn't meet your training needs, we provide a streamlined process to get you back in the water.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
